Now for somebody who's listening to this and they are, taking in a podcast on the car ride and they're just, they're going from point A to point B and they're really they're producers. They work hard, they show up with their families, their communities, they're doing, doing, and doing. Yeah. What could you offer them to give themselves the opportunity to just notice a miracle in between all of the doing? Yeah, I would say, are you also focused on yourself and what brings you joy? Because if you're not focused on what brings you joy, there's only so much energy you have left over to offer to everybody else. Right? You always put your own oxygen mask on before somebody else's. Right. And an emergency, but that's also how you should live life. If you are focused at the same time on yourself, as you are the ones that you care and love about, right, then you can offer them more joy because it's like you are pulling from this eternal source of inspiration and energy. So then you can in turn, give an eternal source of inspiration and energy. So. If you are wanting to make sure that you're remaining balanced and that you have even more to give your family, right. Or that you can continue down this path. And it's just, it's something that you can continue to do instead of becoming burned out. Make sure that you are focused on what brings you joy first. And a lot of people would call that selfish, right? And is it selfish? Well, yes, but is it selfish to want to love your family? Is it selfish to want to give your kids everything that they, Could want, right? Or desire. Yeah, because it brings you joy. It's not bad to be selfish, right? It just needs to be in balance, just like everything else. Yeah, that word selfish has such a negative connotation that I grew up with. And when you use it in that context, it sounds like a reminder. To remember yourself and that you can find joy in serving others, but you also need to find joy just within oneself that doesn't rely on others. Always. Yes. Always. It is so important because if your entire sense of identity is wrapped in pleasing others and making others happy. You're going to burn out because you're not actually centered in upon yourself. You can only continue to grow and flower. If you have good roots. You can't keep growing and giving to everyone else if you don't have those good roots. And the roots come from allowing yourself to experience joy. And for the listener who is not sure how to find joy, and it's just like, I have no idea where that even is anymore. What even makes me happy? I have the best mantra for you. All you have to do is say, Universe, show me what makes me happy. That is it. That's the whole mantra. Show me what makes me happy. And say it out loud until you can feel it. Until you start to feel yourself getting a little bit excited, right? That's all you have to do. Universe, show me what makes me happy. And then the universe will go, Oh yeah, this thing and this thing and this thing. And it'll start piling on. Now remember, You can be a selective sifter with law of attraction. So you don't have to pick up everything the universe offers you. You can say, Oh yeah, that did used to make me happy, but you know, kind of outgrown that, or it doesn't really interest me anymore. Okay. That's awesome. Here's another thing that makes you happy. Here's another thing. Only pick the ones. That truly make you happy right now, that bring you to our right now, cherry pick those opportunities that the universe is giving you. That's what you're meant to do. I think that there's a tendency in the busy mind. To use something once and forget it, you know, yes, how, what is the most fruitful way to use that mantra? You just gave us so generously so that maybe it's not just one and done and it actually has a chance to root. Yeah, that's a really good question. So this is actually something that I work with, with my clients a lot, right? My one on one clients, clients in the masterminds and my small groups, things like that, this comes up frequently. And in my mastermind, we've got a little small group of mantras that each of them use every single week. And we kind of tweak them, right? Because it's a living, breathing list, the mantra. So you tweak them from time to time. So it fits your energy, but to make sure that your mantra actually does something for you, it depends on what kind of energy you have. So like, for me, I have ADHD, so I can mean with my heart of hearts that I've got to do this mantra every day for the rest of my life, and I'll do it once. And completely forget it's just gone out of my mind, because my brain has moved on to other things that I'm excited about. So, what I say for those people is either write it somewhere where you're going to see it every day, bathroom mirror, uh, tape it to your computer monitor at work, make a little thing in Canva and put it on your phone background. If you continue to forget to use it, just set a reminder on your phone. I love using Siri on my phone. I love it. She keeps me very organized. It's quite delightful. And then I don't have to be stressed or worried about, Hey, am I going to do this thing that I really had intended to? So for my clients, I tell them use this mantra with consistency. Meaning either every morning or every evening or both, depending on what energy feels good. Always follow what feels best on the frequency for that. So you want to do with consistency. So every single day in the morning or the evening or both. And whenever something comes up where you're wanting to get yourself back on track. So one of my favorite mantras that I've shared that it's one of my favorite mantras that I've shared with everyone is everything is always working out for me because if you believe it, God bless it. It is fricking true. That is such a good one. I have to interrupt. My husband, you know, who labels himself the realist. Okay. I got him saying that it took, it took a few months of saying it to him before I insisted, he say it back to me and he couldn't get it out without laughing. Like the tears would roll laughing. And eventually I caught him saying it to our daughter I love it. And every time something works out like a flight that we were sure we were going to miss when all of the airlines got, you know, offline. Yes, we did not miss. We did not miss. We did not have a delay. We did not have a glitch at all. And I looked at him and I said, Say it. He said, always work out for us. You're like, that's right. They sure do. Yeah. That is the perfect example of a mantra that you want to use consistently. Right? So you say it in the mornings because you're developing a new habit with your own mind. Right? So instead of going to worst case scenario or okay, what's the worst that could happen? You say, what's the best that can happen or everything is always working out for me. Right? So you're setting a new habit. That's why you do a consistency, but then you also want to bring up the, everything is always working out for me. Whenever something is going in a way you don't prefer, and you can tell that your mind is starting to spiral, right? You can tell you're that you're starting to stack on the lower vibrational or the bad feeling thoughts. You want to turn the energy around. So that's when you remind yourself, Oh, you know what? Everything is always working out for me. Everything really is always working out for me. That is so wild how soon as I remind myself that everything is always working out for me, things seem to work out. That's so wild, you know. And then you change your whole energy. From the viewpoint of law of attraction, what you're doing, like physiologically, what you're doing is you are stopping the momentum of all those lower vibrational thoughts, right? You just cut it off at the source when you're telling yourself that better feeling story of everything is always working out for me. Right? And when you stop that momentum, your body literally experiences physiological changes. Your heart rate goes down, your blood pressure drops. You can have a spike in, um, what we call the good feeling hormones like dopamine or serotonin, right? It's all dependent on the situation and your physiological makeup. But you have a spike in those, which means that That the momentum and energy that you've been giving to those lower vibrational, bad thoughts, the energy you have been attracting immediately stops. And now you're instead attracting what's the best that could happen, or everything is always working out for me. So you've completely changed your vibrational mindset and your physiological makeup all at the same time. And then you're going to start seeing evidence of how everything is always working out for you instead of how everything is hard and difficult and nothing's really working out. Two very different realities. And your mind is the thing that decides which one you choose. Isn't that wild? It is. And you just completely gave a deep, explanation on why two different people have two different experiences in the same occurrence. Yes, that is exactly right. Yeah. If you are, let's say, let's say you were stuck at the airport when there were no more flights and everything was grounded. Right. Because of the software hiccup. Yeah. If you were to look around at that crowd of people who are experiencing the exact same event, you would see a lot of angry yelling people taking it out on people being so stressed out thinking about 45 steps down the line of all these bad things that are going to happen because they may miss their flight. But then you would also see a few people sprinkled in there who are fine. They're saying it's going to work out. Everything's always working out for me. Perhaps now I get a little bit extra time in this city that I wasn't planning on spending, and then they discover something great that changes their life, right? You don't really know unless you give yourself the opportunity. So it's all about how you view it. You can view it as a problem, or you can view it as a, hey, now I get extra time in the city. I wasn't quite ready to leave yet. It's all how you view it, which creates your external reality. I mean, it's really that easy. Yeah, that's that's how you find your miracles. Yeah, that's exactly. Yeah, because you can't find your miracles if you're shutting yourself off to them, right? You can't see the miracles that are actually happening around you. If you're telling yourself, this is bad. This is terrible. I'm so stressed out. Nothing's working out. It's going to be hard. You literally can't see them. You shut yourself up. You're not a vibrational match for those miracles that are happening around you. So you can't visualize them. You have to turn your thoughts around, change your frequency so you can view those things. We are so much more powerful than we realize that we get to choose our focus. Yes, choose our thoughts and our focus. We get to decide how we want to feel. Yeah, that's exactly right. And so many people are not deciding how they feel, but instead feeling by default, which means they're just looking at their external environment and going, oh, they're sad. That makes me sad. Or they're angry. That makes me angry. But remember what I said earlier about cherry picking from the universe, just because you view it doesn't mean you have to participate in it. You can view it and go, yeah, that's not for me. I don't really want to be involved with that Karen energy over there so I'm just going to walk this way instead. And then you take that completely out of your reality and you go experience something beautiful instead.
